Khyati is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with over 10 years of experience in the area of Gerontological Physiotherapy, providing very high quality, client-centred and evidence driven care to her clients. She understands and has a great depth of insight into the sensitive and complex nature of issues and needs related to Ageing population; she truly wants to make difference to the quality of life of clients living in the Aged care homes. Her caring and compassionate approach and being a great advocate for her clients are some of the strengths of Khyati. 

In addition to having Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree, Khyati also completed Master of clinical exercise practice. Her special interest areas are Dementia care and Physiotherapy, Falls prevention in elderly, Chronic disease management. 

On the top of her busy work and life, Khyati also volunteers in AAPTA while maintaining a very good work-life balance. Khyati has been part of AAPTA for over 10 years and interacted with hundreds of fellow overseas trained Physiotherapists during this time. She exactly knows the needs and gaps of overseas Physios preparing for APC assessment process. In her role as AAPTA's Vice-president, she constantly offering ideas and suggestions that are in the best interests of the overseas physio cohort and always wants to see the growth and success of her fellow Physios.
